What commercial metal systems do you install?
Standing seam, snap-lock and structural panel systems, with copings, curbs and trim fabricated in our own Gulfport shop.
The recommendation is driven by the building: spans, pitch, deck, and what sits on the roof. Mixed-system buildings get metal on the pitched volumes and membrane on the flats under one contract.
Do you work for schools and municipalities?
Yes — including the Long Beach School District CTE building and Biloxi’s municipal beachfront pavilions.
Public work runs on submittals, schedule certainty and closeout documentation. Our references will tell you how we delivered on each.
Can you re-roof our building while it stays open?
Yes. We plan the roofing around your business, scheduling the work for when it makes sense for you — so the building, and the people using it, stay safe.
Every occupied building is different, so we work out the sequence with you before mobilization: which areas are roofed when, where staging and access go, and what hours suit the people inside. Tear-off is sized to what can be dried-in the same day, and the schedule is communicated as weather moves it — which on this coast, it will.
How long does a commercial metal roof last?
Standing seam systems with coastal-rated finishes are typically rated for 40 or more years of service.
The variables are finish quality, edge engineering and penetration detail. Salt air punishes cheap coil; we specify coastal-rated finishes and state the finish warranty in the bid.
What area do you cover for commercial metal?
The Mississippi Gulf Coast and the surrounding region, from our Gulfport office and shop.
Commercial engagements are scoped per project — if your building is beyond the immediate coast, ask. The office responds the same business day.
