Any profile, any hem, in the gauge and finish your job specifies — including the profiles suppliers stopped stocking.
Coping and parapet caps
Straight runs, corners and transitions for commercial parapets, formed to the wall — the detail that decides whether a flat roof makes its warranty.
Valley metal and flashing
W-valley, step, counter and apron flashing, bent to the roof rather than forced from a universal blank.
Custom trim
Transition pieces, odd-angle closures and matching trim for repairs where the original profile no longer exists.
Chimney caps and hoods
From standard galvanized caps to fully custom copper hoods — measured, formed, soldered and installed.
One-off architectural work

What materials do you work in?
24 and 26 gauge steel, galvanized, Galvalume, aluminum, stainless steel and copper — in your color or ours, matched to the manufacturer finish where the job requires it.
- Coastal finishes: Galvalume and coated steel specified for salt air, not inland conditions.
- Copper and stainless: Soldered copper work and stainless for corrosive or high-heat locations.
- Color matching: Manufacturer color systems matched, or mill finish where that is the spec.

What can you fabricate?

If you can draw it or photograph what it has to match, the shop can usually make it. The quote form asks for drawings, dimensions and quantities because every order is priced from its actual specification.
What materials and gauges do you work with?
24 and 26 gauge steel, galvanized, Galvalume, aluminum, stainless steel and copper.
Finishes can be matched to manufacturer color systems, and you can supply your own material or have the shop supply it — say which on the quote form and the quote will reflect it.
How do I get a quote?

Include what you need fabricated, the material and color, quantities, and any drawings, sketches or photos with measurements. The shop responds with an itemized quote and its current lead time.
Do you take orders from other contractors?
Yes — outside orders from roofers, builders and other trades are routine shop work.
The shop exists to supply our own crews, which is exactly why it can hold roofing tolerances and a weekly rhythm for yours.
Can you install what you fabricate?
Yes. Pick up at the shop, have it delivered, or have Gulf South Roofing install it — one company, one warranty.
Custom architectural pieces like chimney hoods are usually measured, fabricated and installed by us end to end, because the geometry is least forgiving at the joints.
